The management team at Caged Tigers wanted a responsive website they could update themselves and a new post-GDPR email strategy.
We built the new Caged Tigers website on WordPress. We then created a series of video editing guides, so the team can update the site themselves moving forward.
Following the introduction of GDPR we decided that the key metric for email marketing success should be ‘subscriber engagement’ not ‘total number of subscribers’.
We used a multi-stage campaign to improve email open rates by 11%.
